How does lodging work?

Lodging is available on-site for all guests. Once you RSVP, you can book accommodations via the link on our website under "accommodations." Accommodations are $150 per person for the full weekend. Children (under the age of 18) who have been invited will be covered by Dan & Daisy, if you choose to stay onsite.

What are the sleeping accommodations like?

There are a mix of both private en-suite rooms, and larger, shared cabins with single beds. The private rooms are saved for our older guests, while younger folks will be in shared cabins. For example, one family unit or small group of friends will get their own cabin to share.

Are linens included? What should I bring?

Yes! Bed linens, pillows and towels are included. Please bring your own toiletries and whatever else you might need for a weekend away!

Why stay at Camp?

Staying onsite at the camp means you get more time to celebrate with us! Our dream is to have a whole weekend with the family and friends we love the most. You’ll get ultimate access to the wedding weekend, no driving required. You get to wake up in the beautiful Berkshires with breakfast waiting for you, with tons of fun camp activities to partake in. When you are done celebrating at the end of the night, your cabin is just steps away from the bonfire.

Is there a dress code?

Smart Casual Attire is requested for the Welcome Party. Cocktail Attire is requested for the Wedding Ceremony & Reception. All other weekend events we recommend dressing casual and comfy! Bring sneakers and a bathing suit :)

Is there cell service at camp?

Yes there is! You will be able to use your phones at camp. The service might not be great, but it is available. There are also locations on the campus that will have Wifi. That said, we encourage you to un-plug for the weekend and spend some quality time with us!

How can I get around camp?

Camp Pontiac is paved with blacktop walkways that lead to most areas we will be hanging out in. Most events will take place outside on grassy areas (weather pending) so plan your footwear accordingly! Camp staff will be available to shuttle guests with difficulty walking via golf carts, as needed.

What if it rains?

It's not going to rain, but if it does - we have backup locations for all outdoor events, so don't you worry!
